What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original condition. Please note that since our products are unique, we cannot offer exact exchanges for the same pattern.
Are your bags waterproof?
Billboard vinyl is inherently weather-resistant and durable. While our bags are highly water-resistant and will keep your belongings dry in the rain, they are not fully submersible due to zipper and seam construction.
How do I clean my Rareform gear?
Cleaning is simple! Just use a damp cloth with mild soap and water to wipe down the vinyl surface. Avoid using harsh chemicals or machine washing, as this may damage the material.
